Shipping Costs
All shipping costs for shipment to Germany, Europe and worldwide.
The shipping costs depend on the country in which your order is shipped.
All countries are assigned to certain zones. Within the zones apply to each country listed there the same shipping cost.
The shipping costs will be calculated depending on the shipping weight.
The shipping weight calculated from the weight of the product, the filling material and the shipping carton.
Express delivery with “FedEx Express” within Germany (without islands): Delivery will be made by 10:30 a.m. the next day. This applies only to orders until 13:00 o’clock. Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be delivered by 12:00 noon the day after next working day. Deliveries on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays by arrangement.
Self-collectors can pick up their orders free of charge at our warehouse.

Shipment insurance
The shipments within Germany are insured up to 500,00 € via FedEx.
The programs in the countries of the EU with WELTPAKET PREMIUM are insured up to 500,00 € by FedEx.
When shipping the product WELTPAKET without the Premium service applies:
In case of loss or damage, FedEx shall be liable for the value of the contents (by receipts and invoices to prove) within the statutory liability under the Universal Postal Convention:
- 40 SDR per package plus 4.5 SDR per kg
- 1 SDR = 1.12461 EUR *
- SDR = Special Drawing Rights
